"Something, Something, Something, Dark Side" is an hour-long episode of the FOX animated series Family Guy and the sequel episode to the Star Wars parody "Blue Harvest". The episode is a retelling and parody of the film, Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, recasting characters from Family Guy into roles from the film. It was originally scheduled to air as the seventh season finale,[1] but was pushed back to season eight. The episode was released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 22, 2009 in Region 1, on December 26, 2009 in Region 2, and on December 23, 2009 in Region 4.
The episode, written by Kirker Butler and directed by "Blue Harvest" director Dominic Polcino, received high praise from critics for its accurate depiction of the original film, as well as its inclusion of many cultural references.
The episode also featured guest performances by H. Jon Benjamin, John Bunnell, James Caan, Jackson Douglas, Joe Flaherty, James Greene, Phil LaMarr, Kevin Michael Richardson, George Rogan and James Woods, along with several recurring guest voice actors for the series.
On December 22, 2009, the episode was released on DVD in Region 1, and — in a first for the series — the episode was also available on Blu-ray disc. It was released on December 26, 2009 in the Region 2, and on December 23, 2009 in Region 4. As with "Blue Harvest", a limited edition version is also available, and comes with collectable items, including a t-shirt. The Blu-ray release features a second disc containing a "digital copy" of the episode.
Any DVD Clone is easy to use. Without any special setting, Any DVD Clone will auto remove the protections (CSS, RC, RCE and UOPs) while copying. You can freely copy copyright-protected (CSS-encrypted) DVD movie and all regions DVD movie.
Any DVD Clone is very flexible with a straightforward interface. You can freely select any title or chapter to copy. The source and target file can either be DVD disc, ISO Image File, or movie folder saved on your PC.
1. Open up Something, Something, Something, Dark Side episodic DVD in Any DVD Clone.
Insert Something, Something, Something, Dark Side episodic DVD disc into your DVD-ROM drive, and click
tab to load the DVD content to the program.
2. Choose the title and chapters you would like to copy.

3. Click
button to start copying Something, Something, Something, Dark Side.
4. Start burning Something, Something, Something, Dark Side to blank disc.
Once the program finishes the copying process, the DVD movie disc will eject automatically, and the program will prompt you to insert a blank DVD disc:

Take out the DVD movie disc, insert a blank DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, and click "Retry" to start burning.
Note:If your DVD disc is not empty, the program will prompt you to erase the disc. Click "Yes" to automatically erase the disc.
7. Wait for a while, then a new DVD copy is created!

Tips: In Any DVD Clone, there are two DVD copying methods, Normal and Enhanced, available to choose. You can choose the copy method by running Any DVD Clone, and clicking menu Settings > Options. Currently, the default copy method in Any DVD Clone is set to Normal. Even if you switch the copy method option to Enhanced, the next time you open the program, the setting of copy method will go back to Normal.
Normal Copy Method: for Unencrypted and CSS Encrypted DVD. When Normal copy method is used, the program will focus on scanning the main movie title in a DVD. If there is bad cell in the main movie title, a prompt window will come up asking you to choose Enhanced copy method.
Enhanced Copy Method: for Encrypted DVD that has bad sectors and requires more times to decrypt. When Enhanced copy method is used, the program will try to read out as much titles as it can be detected in a DVD, and it will then copy all detected titles. Particularly, the program is able to identify the main movie during the scanning process, and skip all bad cells during copying process.
Note:While the Copy Method option is set to Enhanced and the Track Nums option is set to 5~7, it will take less scan times to decrypt a DVD; if Track Nums option is set to 8~10, it will require more scan times to decrypt a DVD.
To decide which copy method is to be used to copy Something, Something, Something, Dark Side movie, you can get some hints from the log file.
After you open up Something, Something, Something, Dark Side episodic DVD in Any DVD Clone, please go to the top right window, and click Help >View Logs, then open the dvdcloner.log using Notepad or other word editor. Browse the log to see if you can a line like this "copyMethod: Normal MainTitleNr: xx MainTitleSizeMB: xxxx cellCheck: x". If the MainTitleNr: xx is not shown as -1 and the cellCheck: x is not shown as 0, you can use default Normal copy method. Otherwise, you can try Enhanced copy method.
Determining on which copy method is to be used depends on different DVD movies.
